Deposit Policy

A deposit holds your appointment time. It is not an extra charge — it comes off the final invoice.

When a deposit is required

Not every appointment requires one. We may ask for a deposit for longer or full-day bookings, larger or heavily contaminated vehicles, multi-vehicle appointments, travel to the outer edge of our service area, or when rescheduling repeatedly. If a deposit is required, we will tell you before the appointment is confirmed.

Amount

The deposit is 40%. The exact amount is confirmed with your quote before you pay it.

How it is collected

We send a payment request directly to you. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details. The appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.

How it is applied

The full deposit is credited to the final invoice for that appointment. You pay the remaining balance on completion.

Refunds and rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hour notice — the deposit is refunded in full, or carried to your new appointment, whichever you prefer.
  • Cancel with less notice — the deposit is refunded less any late cancellation fee that applies under our Cancellation Policy: 50$
  • No-show, or we arrive and cannot begin work — the deposit is applied to any no-show fee that applies under our Cancellation Policy: 50$. Any remainder is refunded.
  • Standards cancels or reschedules — the deposit is refunded in full, or carried forward, as you prefer.
  • Weather or unsafe conditions — the appointment is moved at no charge and the deposit carries forward, or is refunded if you would rather not rebook.
  • We decline or cannot perform the service because of vehicle condition, location, access, or safety — the deposit is refunded in full unless work has already been performed, in which case it is applied to the work completed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable portion

No part of the deposit is non-refundable and the terms above apply.
