These terms cover the working relationship between Standards and its customers. They are written plainly so both sides know what to expect. They are not legal advice.
The content, photography, and text on this site belong to Standards and are provided for information. Prices, service descriptions, and availability may change. Submitting the request form does not create a booking on its own.

We do not provide:
Detailing cleans, conditions, and improves the condition of surfaces. It is not restoration or repair, and it does not replace damaged materials or finishes.
Service is by appointment and mobile — we travel to you. An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it directly with you by phone, text, or email. Scheduling, cancellation, and deposit terms are covered in our Cancellation Policy and Deposit Policy.
Standards is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Where items must be moved to complete the work, we handle them with care and return them to the vehicle.
Vehicles arrive with wear. Cleaning can reveal existing conditions that were previously hidden by dirt or film — thin or failing clear coat, scratches, chips, oxidation, stained or worn upholstery, cracked leather or plastic, prior repairs, water leaks, or failing adhesive and trim. Standards is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that become visible once a surface is clean.
We inspect before we begin and will point out anything we notice. If we believe a surface is too fragile or compromised to work on safely, we will tell you and may leave it alone.
We work deliberately and use professional products and methods, but some conditions cannot reasonably be corrected by cleaning. We do not promise complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, discoloration, or contamination.
Our standard finish is unscented. Scent is available only if you ask for it.
Standards may decline, pause, modify, or reschedule a service if the vehicle's condition, the location, access, weather, or the requested work makes the original service impractical or unsafe. This includes unsafe working conditions, no usable water or power, extreme contamination, or biohazard material. If this happens we will explain why and offer an alternative where one exists.
If you want to add, remove, or change a service, tell us before or during the appointment. Changes may affect price and duration and are subject to the time available that day.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with your quote. Any deposit paid is applied to the final invoice as described in the Deposit Policy.
Please walk the vehicle with us before we leave. If something was missed, tell us then and we will address it while we are on site. If you notice something afterward, contact us within 24 hours and we will review it with you. This is not a warranty or a satisfaction guarantee — it is how we prefer to handle concerns.
We take care of your vehicle and carry out our work with reasonable skill. If we damage something through our own negligence, tell us right away so we can look at it and make it right. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time, lost income, or rental costs. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Contact us first. Most issues are resolved with a conversation and, where appropriate, a return visit. Governing law: Colorado.
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your appointment is the version that applies.
